Films are edited on a first-come, first-served basis. Your edited videos will typically be ready within 4-6 weeks following your event and delivered via secure digital file transfer.

Expect a 30-60 second (vertical-orientation) edited video highlight reel for social media shortly after your wedding. Designed for easy sharing on platforms such as Instagram, this teaser will generate excitement and heighten your family’s anticipation for the full-length film.

Here are some guidelines to help set your expectations when working with us:

• Love Our Work: Please consider hiring us only if you genuinely appreciate the work showcased on our website and social media. As creative artists, we enjoy incorporating innovative post-production touches and creative storytelling.
• Song Choice: We encourage our couples to select music for their love stories, provided the music is licensed for video use. Should the chosen song require a commercial license that is difficult to obtain, we will pass the licensing costs onto you.
• Specific Scenes: This is your film, and you are welcome to request the inclusion or exclusion of specific scenes. Let us know if you have any must-have moments or people to feature; your input is crucial.
• Editing: Our standard package includes one complimentary round of edits. We typically begin the final feature film only after fully understanding your expectations, which saves time and ensures alignment with your vision.
• Font Choices: We use a corporate font for any text in the video, such as titles or credits. We generally do not make exceptions to this rule.

Our standard contract does not include raw footage. This type of footage is extensive and unedited, meaning it lacks adjustments for sound, color, stabilization, and other post-production enhancements. We typically aim to present only the polished version of our films to the world, as we often shoot with the final edit in mind.

However, we do offer access to the raw footage for an additional fee, stipulating that it is for personal use only and not for public distribution. This ensures that only the edited version, representing our brand and artistic vision, is publicly shared.

The cost to obtain the raw footage, excluding the price of the hard drive, is generally 15% of the total videography package.

Like most videography studios in New York City, we maintain full commercial ownership, monetization rights, and copyright to all footage, including the raw footage. This policy helps us manage our work and prevent unauthorized distribution.

You automatically receive a personal use license when you enter into a contract with us. This license allows you to share your films on social media or with friends and family, enabling you to celebrate your special day with loved ones.

Should you wish to submit your wedding video(s) to publications or contests, we’d be delighted to grant permission, provided we are credited as the videographer.

If you’re interested in acquiring full monetization rights to the footage, we would need to arrange that through a special, non-standard contract before your event.
